Position Summary

Yoli is seeking a Compliance Regulation Specialist to join our team.  The Compliance Regulation Specialist reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization. The position ensures Yoli distributors and customers are in compliance with the rules and regulations of regulatory agencies, and that company policies and procedures are being followed.  The Compliance Regulation specialist also sees that corporate employees are trained on company policies as well as FDA and FTC regulations.  The Compliance Regulation Specialist monitors and reports results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company and provides guidance for the management team on matters relating to compliance. The Compliance Regulation Specialist helps implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance Program and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct
  • Interprets and enforces company policies and procedures
  • Keeps up-to-date with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines regarding direct selling and nutritional claims
  • Gathers, evaluates, organizes and manages information in a variety of formats
  • Offers advice about company policies, practices and systems to both internal and external customers
  • Writes comprehensible, user-friendly, clear information regarding customer sponsored events
  • Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and Standards of Conduct by evaluating or recommending the initiation of investigative procedures, develops and oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations
  • Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future
  • Develops educational tools and training to ensure consistency of distributor information regarding FDA laws
  • Communicates directly with distributors to review online business presence and social media channels
  • Prepares documentation of various customer violations
  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Education and Experience

  • Some college or schooling in the legal area required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a network marketing organization.
  • PC proficiency, including MS Office Suite.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong performance management abilities and sound judgment in decision making.
  • Solid leadership skills and ability to direct and motivate staff with integrity and ethics; while leading by example.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment collaborating across diverse groups.
  • Must be organized, professional and work well in fast paced environments.

Position Summary

Yoli is seeking multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our fun, positive and successful team. Yoli Sales and Service agents receive inbound calls to assist distributors and customers with product questions, sign-ups, orders, commissions plan, problem resolution, and other customer service related questions. Some outbound calling to update account information, promote products, and follow-up on problem resolution issues is included. Some agents also assist our customers through e-mail. Representatives actively promote Yoli products with most customer contacts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from distributors and customers and respond to questions regarding company policies, products, commissions, and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to distributors and customers.
  • Maintain call quality standards as outlined on the call quality review form.
  • Promote Yoli products/events on customer calls.
  • Correctly log all calls/transactions.
  • Apply training received to job functions.
  • Work to achieve team and individual customer service goals.
  • Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge, Education and Experience

  • Fluent Spanish/English bilingual skills
  • 1 or more years work experience
  • Call center or customer service experience (network marketing preferred, but not required).
  • Type 40 wpm, 10-key, basic PC skills (Microsoft applications).
  • Positive attitude is a necessity.
  • Professional phone manners and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to cooperate with people and communicate with customers politely
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations.
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a desk throughout shift
